You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch and any payments you have made will be refunded to you in full within 7 working days.
Should you wish to return any product to us after receipt that is either damaged or you are not happy with, then you should contact us within 2 days of delivery and request a returns form which you will need to complete stating your reason for returning the product(s).
A full refund will be issued once the item has been through our checking process (normally within 3-5 working days).
A replacement product, refund or credit note will be issued according to your preference after the checking process has been fully completed.
